By joining the waitlist for Secret Little Agents, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Free Mission Giveaway

• Prize: One (1) randomly selected entrant will receive “Mission 1” free of charge.

• Scope: This includes only Mission 1. No additional monthly missions or products are included.

• Winner Selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and contacted via email within 30 days.

• No Purchase Necessary: Entry is free. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

• Odds: Odds depend on total number of valid entries received

Parental Consent and Child Privacy (COPPA)

Under 13? If you are under the age of 13, do not enter this waitlist or provide any personal information.

If you are aged 13–17, you must have parental or guardian consent to join the waitlist and enter the giveaway.

We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under 13. Any such entries will be deleted.

Use of Your Information

By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails about Secret Little Agents and upcoming product launches.

You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided in our messages.

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to administer the giveaway (e.g., email delivery).

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older, or 13–17 with parental or guardian consent.

One entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

Void where prohibited or restricted, including in states or jurisdictions that require sweepstakes registration for prizes over a threshold value (e.g., NY, FL, RI). The retail value of the prize is under $500.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family of the sponsor are not eligible.

General Terms

The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time, for any reason.

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit. No substitutions will be made.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and to the extent applicable, relevant United States federal law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with these laws and may be resolved via remote arbitration or in a mutually agreed forum.
